Maharajadhiraja Lakshmishwar Singh Museum

Maharajadhiraja Lakshmishwar Singh Museum, established in 1977, is situated at Darbhanga, in Bihar. The museum exhibits a rare collection of a number of objects and weapons made of gold, silver and Tusker teeth; all collection has been scientifically organized and placed into eight different chambers.The royal throne of Maharaj Rameshwar Singh, made of gold, silver and precious stones, is placed in the Raj Singhasan Kash Hall. A unique globe made of copper and circular shield, displayed in the Metallic Artifacts Hall, is one of the notable artifacts showcased here.The museum also has a fabulous collection of the artifacts made of ivory.There are separate halls dedicated to weapons and wooden artifacts
